The plants were packed with utmost care, and are all absolutely gorgeous specimens. They came out of the box looking happy, no signs of disease or pests, not even wilty. Absolutely perfect.
ordered 10 items only received 9......called and left msg. E-mailed.....6 days now no response (the 9 plants I DID receive were nice)
After having a VERY bad experience with another on-line nursery, I really took the time to check them out before I ordered from another on-line place. They had great reviews. I placed my order for 40 trees on Thursday (9/22), they were shipped on the following Monday (9/26) and I received them on Wednesday (9/28). They came VERY well packaged and in great shape! Very nice plants. I could not be happier with their service and quality! I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!
I ordered 6 arborvitaes recently from Evergreen Nursery in TN, and received them a few days later, well-packed and very healthy. The product quality, shipping turnaround, and packing were outstanding, and their customer service is remarkable. They responded to my email about product and shipping within one weekday, and addressed my questions completely. In addition to quality product and service, the prices and shipping cost are amazing! I will be ordering from Evergreen Nursery again.
I ordered 5 skyrocket junipers, received them 6-7 days later.
There website doesn't make it clear that they do business ONLY online. This nursery is only about 30 minutes from our house so after trying to call several times and email them with no response, we drove there expecting to be able to buy some trees. No dice. We were told in no uncertain terms that they only do business that way. Their business card states that they only do business online, but you have to drive there to get it. Too bad, we were ready to make a significant tree purchase. They say they check their email several times a day....hmmm. Someone should tell them about tablets with credit card readers too. Might help their business.
I will totally be dealing with them in the future, as the prices are unbeatable, and the plants - incredible.
