Other than that the place is secure, fairly clean and billing is not a big hassle. I skipped a month here and there and paid double the next month with no threats or demands.
Twice I've called them over various things and twice it took them two months to return my call. Communication is poor.
I used a building for about 6 months. Owners were great! Rent was reasonable. Place is easy to get in and out.
Over priced. The first thing the new owners done was jacked up the rates from $50 to $65 a month for a 10' x 20'. They said this was normal for surrounding storage companies yet you check and all the others are still $50.
